As a Sales Executive, you play a big role in the growth of the company. Your main focus will be on approaching, closing and completing deals with new merchants.

About the role and about you:

• You are self-driven and have a strong desire to succeed. You are intrinsically motivated and determined to achieve your goals without the need of external influence.
• You enjoy the challenge of hitting and exceeding targets. You have a competitive drive and commitment and get great satisfaction out of personal wins, without forgetting to be a team player.
• You have several years of sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product or software service. You have a deep understanding of our product, have a proven track record in achieving sales goals and building successful customer relationships.
• You have the ability to manage and organise pipeline. You’re good with numbers, are able to identify weaknesses in the pipeline, flag and fix these weaknesses and diligently maintain the CRM.
• You understand our target market and how to approach them. You speak the language of our target market, have the ability to adapt easily and are able to connect with them in ways that are most effective.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English. You enjoy negotiating contracts and terms with customers, with the aim of closing profitable deals that promote long-term customer relationships.
